Responsibilities:

  • The Resident Support Engineer(s) shall possess the following professional qualifications and experience.
  • Understand, analyze customer requirements for deploying to achieve solution requirement.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products like Active Directory, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP)
  • Websense proxy appliance,
  • Juniper Firewall/ Fortigate Firewall,
  • VMware,
  • Symantec ProxySG gateway, etc.
  • Good customer and vendor handling skills

Requirements:

  • Holder of Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent;
  • Holder of Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent;
  • Over 2-years hands-on working experience in administration and operation of network router, switch, firewall, proxy server, VPN gateway
  • Windows server and software distribution systems.
