About the job Security Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product planning: responsible for collecting and analyzing related competitive product and trends in the field of security, formulating differentiated product strategies, and security product life cycle management, including formulating product planning, designing system functions, and product iteration;

  • Product development: collaborate with resources of company to promote the business development of security products and security product development management;

  • Product promotion: mining user needs, optimizing user experience, continuously improving product value, cooperating with product commercial operations, implementing related promotion activities, solution output, and training;

  • Ecological construction: looking for partners and regular in-depth communication, forming integrated products and joint solutions of security field, integrating partner capabilities, and achieving in-depth business cooperation;

  • Market insight: in-depth understanding of overseas markets, paying attention to the frontier trends of security field, outputting research reports, and providing support for the company's strategic decision-making in the security product business;

  • Project management: responsible for customer security requirements and security projects, and cross-departmental complex security project pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales management to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related major, with more than 3 years of product related management experience in the field of security, familiar with various security products and services, and a deep understanding of enterprise-level security.
  • Experience in security protection, security operation and maintenance products is preferred;
  • Familiar with data analysis and effect evaluation methods, with creative thinking, reverse thinking, fast learning and adaptability.
  • Have strong insight and good communication and coordination skills for project requirements, willing to accept challenges.
  • Have excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, planning and execution skills.
  • Have teamwork awareness, good communication skills, understanding skills and logical expression skills, and need to have strong execution, be good at thinking, and be proactive.
  • Good reading and writing skills in English, fluent oral English is preferred.
