Our Client

A world leading telecom. They are now looking for an Assistant BA Manager to lead a team of 3 and responsible for enhancement & UAT of internal CS systems(IVR & CRM). Candidate with hands-on BA or project management experience is a must. Experience in CRM or call centre systems will be a plus. Attractive salary package will be offered to the right candidate.

Your role

  • Responsible for CS systems to ensure CS operation staff can have updated and accurate information by enhancement/ modification
  • Lead small team for CS system operation
  • Introduce new technology to CS department according to market trend
  • Work closely with IT colleagues/ external vendor to ensure system meet with requirement
  • Maintain close relationship with key stakeholder to ensure a good understanding of business drivers and priorities
  • Develop training documentation and delivers end user training to enable the effective use of CS system

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analysis related disciplines or equivalent
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in Business Analyst (System related) or mobile telecom industry with supervisory experience is preferable
  • Passion on building new system/application and continuously optimize it based on observation, study system usage and user's need. Well organized, with analytical mind and work independently. Detail-oriented and eager to work with complex business workflows
  • Knowledge and use of Excel, PowerPoint, Cognos, BI tools
