Network Engineer - Network Resources Management

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management optimization of network resource system for China Telecom Global, handling deployment of network resource, regularly review and summarize the analysis
• Develop network resource optimization and early warning solutions, and coordinate with relevant departments for the discussion and implementation
• Responsible for pre-sales technical support, assist in formulating technical solutions for major and complex projects according to their needs
• Plan and design the overall structure of network resource management system, formulate and improve various processes and specifications related to resource management

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above, major in Computer Network, Communication, Electronic Information or related subjects, with Cloud Network or ICT work experience is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in IP network formulation and maintenance, with Cisco CCNP and above network certification will be an advantage
• Solid knowledge and experience in MPLS VPN/BGP/ISIS/QOS technology, understand the structure of international carrier, and international networking rules such as peering/Transit/ENNI/L3NNI
• Familiar with network products of Cisco and Huawei, or other the network configuration equipment
• Good communication skills, organizational and project management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
