Our client:
Our client is a multi-national Biotech Device manufacturer. They are looking for a high caliber Technical Service Manager to join their energetic team.
Your role:
- Lead and Manage Asia Pacific Technical Support team (Around 3-4 staffs)
- Develop the overall customer and distributor support and service plan within Asia Pacific Region
- Derive cost effective operational service solutions within Technical Support Operations; ensure work is carried out according to company quality processes
- Advocate for engineered solutions to address the needs of the installed base and field service
- Complete service documentation according to the company's specification and requirement of service contract
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent related subjects
- Minimum 8 years engineering experience to handling the Medical Device or Complex machine
- Self-motivated and proactive, with good interpersonal skills and innovative mind-sets;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
