MVAC Engineer

Job Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of new building project MVAC design from execution stages including inception, design brief, tender preparation, construction quality supervision and on-site supervision until the project completed
• Monitor the overall project execution stages, project quality, progress and standard are meet the project requirement
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities in relations to project progress and change
• Conduct technical feasibility study, on site supervision, quantity, and quality check etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or Higher Diploma holder in Mechanical / Building Services / Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of work experience in MVAC system design
• Experience with execution of Design & Build /MEP projects is an advantage
• Experience in MVAC system design for Data Center will be a strong advantage
• Demonstrate a good understanding and be technically competent in all building services, especially in water treatment, refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, able to communicate with clients and consultants in both English and Mandarin
• Mid-levels to senior levels are also welcome
