Sales Operation AM / Manager (MNC / Healthcare)

Our client:

Our client is a global leading company in the industry. They are looking for a high caliber Sales Operation Assistant Manager / Manager to join their energetic team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small sales administration team, overseeing daily sales operations and administration for services provided to potential and existing clients.
• Support the sales team by assisting with sales administration tasks related to service offerings, ensuring efficient processes and workflows.
• Act as a key point of contact for potential and existing clients, liaising with them to address any inquiries or concerns and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to track and follow-up on logistics and quality issues related to service delivery, ensuring timely resolution.
• Review and optimize sales administration procedures specific to service offerings, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of system records related to service contracts and client details, maintaining up-to-date and precise information.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably service industry with 3 years+ people management experience
• Strong PC application skills, such as , Power BI, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table etc.), Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in SAP system
• Fluent written English and Chinese
• Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving and leadership skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
