Senior Operations Analysis Manager

• Responsible for assisting the integrated operation of cloud network, controlling production operation and service quality, improving customer service and enhancing the brand influence of company further, which mainly based on the strategic development requirements of the Group and international companies.
• Responsible for strategic planning the work process of cloud network and completing the relevant specific tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments and subsidiaries of company to solve cloud network operation problems and conclude related experience.
• Satisfy the requirements of the Group and company, responsible for managing the department's cloud network safety production work.
• Responsible for analyzing business and production operation of related department and company.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in the development of telecommunications industry will be an advantage.
• Professional knowledge, foresight and planning ability of cloud network. technology and relevant integrated operation.
• In-depth understanding of production safety.
• Relevant experience in customer service /NOC/ project management.
• Strong Chinese and English writing skills, PPT preparation and presentation skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
