Assistant Sales Manager (Pharma / Medical Device / MNC)

Our client:

Our client is a global Medical Device Manufacturer. They are looking for a high caliber Assistant Sales Manager to join their energetic team.

Your role:

• Promote & sell assigned product portfolios to healthcare professionals based on products' scientific knowledge and marketing strategies.
• Communicate & highlight products' unique features and benefits of products to healthcare professionals, emphasizing on clinical efficacy & safety.
• Develop new business opportunities and generate profitable sales in order to meet and exceed business revenue goals
• Drive customer engagement and build strong relationship with key accounts;
• Leading and motivate the sales team to achieve the company sales goal.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Science and related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of medical sales and marketing experience in both HA and private sector
• Target driven and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to deal with clients as well as the subordinates
• Able to generate reports and have good math and analytical skills
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
