Engineer - Radio Network Planning

Department: Radio Network Planning

In this position, you will:

• Perform 4G & 5G radio cells parameters planning.
• Develop 4G & 5G PCI & root sequence planning tool.
• Prepare radio base station modification document.
• Analyze KPI for radio parameters tuning.
  
• Evaluate RAN system architecture.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electronic/Telecommunication or equivalent.
• With 2-3 years working experience in Telecom industry (Candidate with less experience/Fresh graduate will also be considered)·
  
• General RF knowledge· Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access.
  
• Familiar in Python, PostgreSql, SQL will be an advantage.
• Good communication skill, independent, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
