QA Officer / Technician

Our client:

Our client is a Market leading Food Manufacturer. They are looking for a high caliber to join their team.

Your role:

QA Officer / Assistant Officer (Food quality system management)

• Perform routine on line and finished food products inspection at various stages on the production line to implement ISO/HACCP policy.
• Assist in implementing and maintain the documentation system and quality management system.
• Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and tools which are directly related to their analyses and tests
• Participate in the resolution of quality and hygiene problems
  
  Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines;
• 1 year or above relevant experience in food manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in food safety standard (i.e. HACCP / ISO / BRC)
• Knowledge of regulatory and labelling requirements of local and export markets
• Possesses good influencing skill and strong desire to achieve the best
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
