Our client:

Our client is a market global leading FMCG company. They are looking for a high caliber Assistant Brand Manager to join their energetic team.

Your role:

  • Develop and execute all market strategies including of ATL/BTL and communication plans to deliver annual target and gain market share.
  • Manage and maintain/monitor the day-to-day performance of social online media platforms including Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat and Weibo etc.
  • Work on annual A&P budget planning with monthly monitoring and control
  • Work closely with marketing team and designers on visual materials for online and social media platform, ensure align with brand guidelines
  • Formulate social media strategies to improve brand awareness; interact with readers, drive engagement and build up communities online and turning them into brand advocates
  • Conduct market researches, both qualitative and quantitative, to understand the market trend, consumer needs and behaviors so as to identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Marketing experience from FMCG industry for at least 2 years+ (Cross-Border market)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and take up new challenges
  • Good business sense, logical mind-set with good communication and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
