Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst within the new entity PensionFollowUp, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and finding solutions to improve an organization's performance and efficiency.

You'll play a crucial role in understanding the overall business strategy, translating substantive requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. Moreover, you thrive in a dynamic and flexible environment where digitalization and automation are paramount.

Core Responsibilities & Competencies

• Business Process Analysis: You will identify and analyze existing business processes to gain insight into their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
• Needs Identification: You will gather the business needs of stakeholders and the organization, translating them into clear and measurable requirements.
• Solution Design: Based on the requirements, you will design solutions and propose alternative approaches to improve business performance. You'll work with technical teams to assess the feasibility of these solutions.
• Project Management Support: You will support the project team in drafting the project plan and managing risks. In turn, they will help you identify bottlenecks and make any necessary changes to the project plan.
• Communication and Collaboration: You will act as the crucial bridge between the business and IT. You will communicate with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring everyone shares the same vision.

Logistics and Mission Details

The successful candidate must be willing to work at the offices of the Federal Pension Service in Brussels for a minimum of 2 days per work week.

The mission is likely to be extended by one year.
