Job summary

As a Program Manager for a leading International Luxury Brand, your primary responsibility is to manage multiple workstreams for regional IT Projects, including Clienteling, Salesforce, and system integrations, spearheading implementation of digital transformation for local solutions. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to coordinate between global and local teams and vendors, effectively handling complex situations.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects related to Clienteling, Salesforce CRM, and system integrations.
  • Ensure alignment with global team and local team strategies, managing projects from conception to completion, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, KPIs, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and initiatives related to the project


Team & Vendor Management:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables meet the companys high standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are regularly updated on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status reports to senior management, providing clear and concise updates on project status and outcomes.
  • Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.

Risk Management:

  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards throughout all project phases.

Digital Roadmap Compliance & Development:

  • Work on developing short-term and long-term Digital Transformation roadmap with the Regional IT leaders, while also performing internal and external risk management throughout the project's timeline.
  • Comply with all procedures of company's IT project and releasement management policy by working closely with the Global IT PMO.


Process Improvement & Governance:

  • Provide mentorship to project team members through both written and verbal feedback.
  • Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Possess a PMP (PMI) certification or any other relevant certification.
  • Proven track record with 6-8 years of experience in IT Project Management, managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple regions, coordinating with global teams and vendors.
  • High level stakeholders' management skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders from local to global.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excels at conveying complex information clearly and effectively across all levels.
  • Skilled at managing and resolving complex situations in dynamic environments.
  • Strong presentation skill, preferably in Technical Solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work in a multi-cultural, global IT organization.

Nice to have:

  • Proven experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Modeling.
  • Familiar with the digital transformation landscape and ecosystem in China (WeChat/Wecom)
  • Experienced with Cloud Platforms (e.g. Ali Cloud, Azure)
  • Experienced with major platform migration or transformation projects.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, to adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn new technologies and build great relationships with all stakeholders

Contract duration is 5 months, with high potential to convert to FTE based on project needs and performance.
