ITC Worldwide offers Microsoft Experienced & Certified comprehensive technical and functional support services for all Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 across the cloud, hybrid, and on-premises. Includes around the clock problem resolution, proactive advisory services, onsite support, and add-on services to customize your support experience.

Intro/Self-Demo, week of 22-29th April

On-boarding/Orientation 6th May

Professional Sales Boot Camp starts 15th May

Responsibilities of the IT Managed Services Sales Representative will include:

  • Explain the company's value proposition.
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables.
  • Follow-up on existing technology contracts & purchases
  • Complete outgoing calls to leads provided by the Marketing team.
  • Schedule 2-5 qualified new account appointments per day
  • Meet Revenue Targets
  • Distribute marketing materials to prospects as needed.
  • Work with Marketing to develop customer touches to enhance connect rate with prospects.

Qualifications of the IT Managed Services Sales Representative:

  • Experience working for an MSP (managed service provider) and/or experience selling I.T. services/solutions to SMB companies/enterprise.
  • Hunter/new business development experience required.
  • Book of Business preferred.
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven.
  • Possess the personality to successfully engage with C-Suite executives and senior managers.
  • Proven track record as a strong prospector
  • Positive attitude and desire to work in a rapid-growth professional environment.
  • Technical aptitude: know the Microsoft Product offerings.
  • Minimum of 2 years of continuous employment history.
  • Requires strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • Detail orientated, independent self-starter.
  • Realized and / or ability to become proficient with HubSpot CRM
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, self-starter
