About the job Tendering Engineer
- Design on-grid and off-grid photovoltaic (PV) systems tailored to customer requirements and site conditions, including system layouts, electrical diagrams, and equipment sizing.
- Conduct site visits to assess energy needs, available sources, and installation feasibility, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including BOQs, feasibility studies, and financial analyses, for tender submissions.
- Identify and optimize installation methods, materials, and sequences to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyse system performance to validate functionality and adherence to client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and successful tender submissions.
- Program and configure system components, such as inverters and controls, to ensure smooth operations and desired system performance.
