IT Project Manager

IT House is looking for an IT Project Manager for a client in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordination with multiple contributors, including business analysis, development, and IT operations, to ensure efficient project execution;
• Definition and management of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation approaches;
• Organization of communication and coordination mechanisms across stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment;
• Monitoring of project progress, identification of issues, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives;
• Preparation and dissemination of status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders;
• Delivery of IT projects within agreed scope, budget, and timeline constraints;
• Structured stakeholder communication framework ensuring visibility and alignment;
• Identification and mitigation of risks throughout the project lifecycle;
• Contribution to continuous improvement and optimization of project management practices.

Profile

• Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain;
• Recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent);
• Minimum of 5 years' expertise in IT project management;
• Proficiency in project management tools and software;
• Ability to structure and formalize communication with stakeholders;
• Knowledge of Service Now;
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments;
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
