Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master. 

The level of English should be at least C1 and the Profile should also be in English.

• Duration of the project: 1 year

• Start date: ASAP

• Time zone: Lisbon

Rate will be defined based on seniority and experience.

Location will be Lisbon, and the working model will be on-site/hybrid. It will be mandatory to work from the office 4 times a week in the first 3 months. Candidates must be living in Portugal.

Requirements:

• Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
• Scrum Master certified
• Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Agile Estimating & Planning
• Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
• Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:
• Automated Testing techniques
• Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
• Test Driven Development
• Metrics:
• Velocity vs Productivity
• Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value
• Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related
• Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best
• Experience in development (valued)
• Great communication, analysis and listening skills
• Software Craftsmanships
• English proficiency should be at least C1 level
