Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join a growing technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of digital products and applications.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about software quality, testing strategies and continuous improvement, with a strong balance between automation and manual testing.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure software quality, performance and reliability;
• Design, create and maintain test plans, test cases and test scripts based on business and technical requirements;
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium;
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify defects and validate user experience;
• Identify, document and track bugs, working closely with development teams for timely resolution;
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle;
• Design and execute performance tests to validate system scalability and stability under load.

What we're looking for

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field;
• Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or similar QA role;
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices;
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or JUnit;
• Knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as Python or JavaScript;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail and a structured testing approach;
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Good level of English.

Nice to have

• ISTQB or similar certifications;
• Experience with performance testing tools;
• Previous experience within logistics or supply chain environments.
