Senior M&A - Experienced Consultant

COMPANY

Our client is a Big 4, currently looking to integrate a SeniorAccounting Experienced Consultant with proven experience in consultancy. 

CANDIDATE

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Posting transactions and maintaining accounting records.
• Preparing management accounts, budgets and other financial reports required by clients.
• Preparing IFRS and GAPSME compliant financial statements.
• Assisting the entity's Directors in ensuring the company's compliance.
• Assisting with daily administrative tasks and executing other ad-hoc requests.
• General administration of bank accounts.

PROFILE

• Masters degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or   Accountancy; 

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in IFRS and GAPSME reporting standards;
• Proven track record of closed deals, ideally 2+ years hands-on experience with completed M&A transactions;
• Have an ACCA qualification or equivalent qualification.

• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills;

• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
