Lead Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

IT House is looking for a Lead Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for a direct placement with an end client in the Logistics and Transportation sector.



Key Responsibilities

• Development Leadership;
• Lead development of C# plugins and custom extensions;
• Conduct deep code reviews and enforce coding standards;
• Implement solution layering and environment strategies aligned with architectural guidelines;
• Support and enforce governance frameworks defined by the architecture and platform strategy;
• Integration & Performance Oversight;
• DevOps & Release Management;
• Team Leadership.

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• Several years of professional CRM development experience;
• Multiple years of hands-on Dynamics 365 & Dataverse expertise;
• Deep understanding of integration patterns and Azure-based services;
• Understanding of scalable enterprise application design;
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience in logistics or operationally complex industries is a plus;
• Good knowledge of English (German is a plus).
