IT House is looking for a IT 2nd Level Support for a direct placement with an end client in the Logistics and Transportation sector.

Main Responsabilities

    • Support & independently resolve product-specific inquiries of our software systems;
    • Manage and monitor tickets according to service level agreements;
    • Prepare and monitor the weekly deployment process;
    • Perform administrative tasks such as configuration, management of master data and analysis of data;
    • Independent error analysis, including reproduction in a test environment if required and escalation when necessary;
    • On-call duty after adequate training.

    Requirements

      • Career change with professional experience or completed training in IT;
      • Strong communication skills, flexibility and service-oriented mindset are desirable;
      • High IT affinity with an eagerness to learn new things and finding joy in solving technical challenges;
      • Ability to work under pressure with organised and analytical methods;
      • Good knowledge of English.
