CANDIDATE

The professional to be hired will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of 12 to 15 employees dedicated to Order Management operations, ensuring service quality and operational excellence;
  • Defining and implementing strategies to achieve team objectives and KPIs established by management;
  • Managing recruitment, workforce planning, employee development, and talent retention initiatives;
  • Overseeing daily operations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders and contracts;
  • Monitoring team performance and driving continuous improvement through operational efficiency and service excellence;
  • Acting as the main escalation point for complex customer and stakeholder issues, ensuring effective resolution through collaboration with multiple business areas;
  • Promoting compliance with internal procedures, business standards, and company policies;
  • Driving digitalization, automation, and process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance productivity;
  • Supporting organizational change and transformation projects, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies;
  • Fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.


PROFILE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field;
  • Professional experience in a Shared Services environment;
  • Proven experience leading operational teams in process-driven organizations;
  • Demonstrated experience in people management, performance management, and team development;
  • Experience in process improvement, digitalization, automation, or transformation projects;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Structured and organized working style with strong attention to detail;
  • Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory);
  • Availability to travel when required.
