Mechanical Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, coordinate and manage the various disciplines involved in Industry projects;
• Optimize resource allocation by aligning team capabilities with project requirements;
• Ensure the technical quality of final project deliverables;
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and their representatives;
• Identify and support business development opportunities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Pre-Bologna Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory);
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role;
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, including team leadership, scheduling, and cost control;
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
