Senior Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead testing initiatives and ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of critical software solutions supporting global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure software quality, performance, and reliability
• Design, create, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on complex product requirements
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify defects, validate functionality, and ensure a strong user experience
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating closely with development teams
• Mentor and support junior QA team members, contributing to a collaborative learning environment
• Work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Design and execute performance tests, analyze results, and recommend improvements to optimize system performance

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Advanced certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable
• Extensive experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar QA role with strong knowledge of testing methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress, JUnit)
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor team members
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with logistics, invoicing, or supply chain systems is considered an advantage
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
