Solution Architect

IT House is looking for a Solution Architect for a direct placement with an end client in the Logistics and Transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and further develop the digital product Digital Workplace, specifically within the associated IT product environment.
• Design, develop, implement, and oversee the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
• Operate and further develop the Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents environment.
• Provide 2nd-level support for Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Define and create technical concepts and architectures for the Digital Workplace (hardware and software).
• Assume technical ownership and architectural responsibility for additional products within the IT Digital Workplace landscape.
• Advise stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Information Technology or comparable education and relevant professional experience in IT.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and designing Microsoft-based workplace solutions.
• Strong ability to advise stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong understanding of modern Microsoft architectures, particularly within the Digital Workplace ecosystem.
• Good market awareness and ability to evaluate technologies and products from a technical perspective.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
