About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven HR Operations Manager / Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end HR service delivery, SLA governance, and operational compliance across our KSA portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR shared services frameworks, process optimization, and performance governance, ensuring seamless execution of HR operations aligned with business SLAs and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Lead and govern HR service delivery operations, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks. 
- 
Implement HR process governance frameworks for efficiency, compliance, and audit readiness. 
- 
Drive operational excellence initiatives through data analytics, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement programs. 
- 
Oversee workforce onboarding, payroll coordination, employee life cycle management, and HRIS operations across KSA. 
- 
Manage SLA dashboards, performance metrics, and governance reviews with internal and external stakeholders. 
- 
Lead delivery planning, risk management, and escalation control for HR shared services. 
- 
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and localization (Saudization) mandates. 
- 
Collaborate with business and technology teams to enhance HR digital workflows and automation. 
- 
Build, mentor, and performance-manage delivery teams to ensure operational agility and accountability. 
Requirements
- 
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
- 
10+ years of progressive HR operations/delivery management experience, ideally in a shared services or delivery governance environment. 
- 
Proven track record in SLA governance, service transition, and delivery operations. 
- 
Strong command of HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Workday) and workflow automation tools. 
- 
Deep understanding of KSA labor law, HR compliance frameworks, and payroll governance. 
- 
Advanced skills in reporting, data-driven decision-making, and operational analytics. 
- 
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong stakeholder and client management capability. 
- 
Immediate availability is preferred. 
Preferred Competencies
- 
Strong delivery governance and service management acumen (ITIL/Lean Six Sigma preferred). 
- 
Experience in managing multi-country or multi-entity HR operations within the GCC. 
- 
Ability to design and execute performance management dashboards, SLA trackers, and compliance frameworks. 
- 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for executive-level reporting.
