What Were Looking For:

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Experience managing or mentoring small finance teams

Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial operations

Educational background: CA Inter or equivalent finance qualification

Role Highlights:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Lead junior team members and ensure financial compliance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes

Compensation & Perks:

• Fixed Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month
