Description:

This role is a hands-on opportunity to work with complex AI challenges and innovative technologies. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI feature development, including:

Designing, developing, and deploying robust AI applications and services primarily using Python.

Leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and building sophisticated agentic systems (MCP/Agents), understanding the relationship between multi-component architectures and autonomous agents.

Developing and integrating REST APIs for AI services, ensuring seamless interaction with other components and systems.

Implementing tooling, scripts, and potentially simple GUIs to support AI development and operations.

Debugging complex AI applications, including tracing and analyzing LLM call chains in intricate agentic flows.

Mastering Python development best practices and navigating the evolving Python tools ecosystem.

Collaborating with data scientists and other engineers to define requirements and contribute to robust data pipelines.

Actively participating in code reviews, sharing knowledge, and mentoring peers to elevate our collective expertise.

Who are you?

We're looking for a curious, proactive, and collaborative AI Engineer who is passionate about creating intelligent solutions. You are a natural problem-solver, eager to dive deep into new AI paradigms, and committed to contributing to a positive team environment.

We'd love to hear that you have:

2+ years of professional work experience in software development, preferably with a focus on AI/ML.

Strong proficiency in Python, including:

Experience with advanced debugging techniques.

Familiarity with the Python tools ecosystem (e.g., dependency management).

Proven experience developing and integrating REST APIs.

A portfolio of self-created applications, APIs, GUIs, or tools demonstrating practical Python skills.

A solid understanding of AI concepts, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic architectures (MCP/Agents), including:

An grasp of what "agentic AI" entails and the ability to trace and debug agentic flows.

An understanding of the relationship between Multi-Component Systems (MCP) and agents.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.

A true team player mindset, with a genuine ability and interest in sharing knowledge and collaborating effectively.

Even better if you have one or several of the following qualifications:

Experience with specific tools or frameworks for building agentic AI systems (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).

Working knowledge of Data Engineering, including ETL processes and building data pipelines.

Active participation in developer communities, contributing to open-source projects or sharing insights.

Experience working in a Linux environment.
