- Strong stakeholder management skills and demand management/business analysis skills.
- Motivated, open mindset, and good ability to balance between processes and adaptability.
- Great knowledge and experiences in ServiceNow and ITSM modules
- Great communication skill, both to stakeholders and to the team. Ability to translate business needs into solutions.
- Strong ability to make decisions and prioritisation.
- Ability to think both short term and long term. Understand big picture.
- Proven track of record working with ServiceNow in global enterprises
