Skills requirements:

- Strong experience in hands-on development in ServiceNow

- Strong experience in ITSM module implementation and customizations.

- Proven track record of working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects.

- Collaboration ability with architects, lead developer and the team members.

- Ability to lead technical discussions if needed and mentor junior developers

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skill.
