Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support HR Business Partners and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and selecting talent for banking and IT-related positions within a complex, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define recruitment needs and hiring strategies.
- Draft and publish job advertisements through appropriate sourcing channels.
- Source, approach, and engage qualified candidates using multiple recruitment platforms and networks.
- Screen applications and conduct candidate assessments and interviews.
- Coordinate additional evaluation methods such as reference checks, technical assessments, and personality tests.
- Prepare candidate shortlists, interview reports, and selection recommendations.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing through final hiring decision.
- Provide recruitment advice and market insights to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Knowledge of banking and IT profiles and market dynamics.
- Experience working with ATS/SIRH recruitment systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
- Strong report writing and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
