Functional Analyst – SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing to join a dynamic utilities project in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Belgian utilities market and be comfortable working in an Agile environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and deliver functional solutions with a rapid time-to-market approach.
• Monitor and analyze incidents and defects, identifying and driving appropriate resolutions.
• Execute functional and integration testing in collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Assess end-to-end business processes, dependencies, and solution impacts.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business and technical stakeholders.
• Work within Agile sprints to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance customer experience.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize business processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing.
• Proven knowledge of the Belgian Utilities Market and industry messaging.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess dependencies.
• Experience gathering requirements and evaluating end-to-end business solutions.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and delivering presentations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is mandatory (English-French or English-Dutch proficiency must be excellent).
