Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Ticketing Systems Deployment

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of a large-scale ticketing system renewal program. You will manage the installation of new ticketing equipment, coordinate the removal and recycling of legacy systems, and establish the operational maintenance model for the new hardware.

You will work closely with internal technical teams, regional business units, operations, infrastructure teams, and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include project planning, deployment coordination, budget and contract management, stakeholder communication, risk management, quality assurance, and financial oversight. The role requires frequent travel to operational sites to supervise installations, validate quality, and support deployment activities.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in technical project management within large organizations.
• Strong expertise in project monitoring, budget management, and public procurement.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Background in infrastructure, engineering, or large-scale technical deployment projects.
• Experience in the public sector is highly desirable.
• Native-level French; English is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Wallonia.
• Hybrid work arrangement with regular on-site presence.
