Java / Angular Architect

Location: Belgium
Contract: 9 months (full time) Freelance or permanent
Language: French or Dutch (with basic knowledge of the other)
Requirement: Belgian nationality

Role

We are looking for an experienced Java / Angular Architect to join our development teams and work on projects delivered for our clients.

You will not only contribute at a high technical level but also take a leading role in coordinating a team of Java developers, including task definition, workload distribution, and organizing code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Java developers
• Define architecture and technical solutions for both existing and new applications
• Translate business needs into a coherent architectural vision
• Propose improvements and optimizations to existing systems
• Ensure high-quality code through reviews and best practices
• Collaborate effectively within an existing team environment

Technical Requirements

• Java EE – 10+ years
• RDBMS / SQL / JPA – 10+ years
• REST Web Services – 8+ years
• OAuth security – 3+ years
• Angular – 5+ years
• Spring Framework – 5+ years
