Senior Planisware Analyst Developer 

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Planisware Analyst Developer to support the administration, enhancement, and continuous evolution of a large-scale Project, Program, Portfolio, and Planning (PPPM) platform. The role combines business analysis, functional and technical design, development, support, and user training within a complex public-sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure and develop new functionalities within the Planisware platform.
  • Participate in requirements workshops and support solution design activities.
  • Manage application maintenance, incident resolution, and user support.
  • Perform data extraction and transformation activities using SaaS and OData-based integrations.
  • Define and execute testing strategies, including test plans, execution, reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation.
  • Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to key users.
  • Coordinate operational workstreams related to the platform and support project governance activities.
  • Participate in project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Planisware configuration, customization, and development.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience implementing and adapting Planisware solutions to organizational requirements.
  • Experience with SaaS application management, data extraction, and data transformation processes.
  • Solid development skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and project management environments.
  • Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and documentation.
  • Ability to provide user training and functional support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Planisware certification (mandatory).
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Experience working within public-sector organizations.
  • Experience with project, program, portfolio, and capacity management processes.
