Job brief

We are seeking an OKTA L3 SME in Hungary to provide advanced support and subject matter expertise for an enterprise OKTA platform. You will act as the L3 escalation point, handle complex authentication issues, and drive stable 24x7 IAM operations.

Location: Hungary (Remote / Hybrid – e.g. Budapest)

Responsibilities

        • Act as L3 escalation for complex OKTA incidents and service requests.
        • Troubleshoot and resolve MFA, SSO, and authentication problems for global users.
        • Perform OKTA administration including configuration of policies, groups, and applications.
        • Manage P1/P2 incidents and participate in root cause analysis and problem management.
        • Support deployment and patching of OKTA AD/LDAP agents and coordinate with server teams.
        • Represent IDAM in major incident calls and manage daily incidents and service requests.
        • Handle IP whitelisting management and maintain accurate CMDB entries.
        • Manage OKTA mastered lists, approver lists, admin access, and service account lifecycle and attestations.
        • Provide hypercare support for new features, changes, and platform upgrades.
        • Support audits, compliance checks, and access reviews and maintain operational documentation.
        • Mentor L2 OKTA administrators and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
