Functional Analyst (Geospatial / GIS Project)
Namur, Belgium (Hybrid)
Contract: Part-time 

We're looking for a Functional Analyst to support a large-scale geospatial platform focused on managing and visualizing geo-referenced images and videos (Street View–like experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for a GIS-based platform
• Model processes using BPMN / UML
• Define functional specifications for features like image navigation, filtering, and historical comparison
• Collaborate with dev teams (Angular, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL)
• Support testing strategy (API testing, automation, validation)
• Work with geospatial tools (e.g., Leaflet, OpenLayers, Mapbox)
• Produce clear functional & technical documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst
• Strong skills in requirements analysis & documentation
• Experience with BPMN, UML, and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with web services / APIs
• Knowledge of GIS / geospatial tools
• Fluency in French (C2)

Nice to Have

• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Jest, Mocha)
• Exposure to data visualization / reporting tools
• Basic experience with Jira
