Business Project Manager – Physical Distribution Channels

Leading projects focused on improving physical ticket distribution and customer experience across sales points. Responsible for coordinating internal teams and external providers to deliver efficient, customer-focused solutions aligned with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of ticketing and distribution strategies across physical sales channels.
Manage projects related to ticket distribution in retail and physical points of sale.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to design and implement new customer distribution solutions.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Assist in drafting and managing public procurement documentation for external service providers.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and report to project management to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate testing and validation phases to ensure delivered solutions meet operational and customer experience requirements.
Support organizational change initiatives by documenting impacts, processes, and operational procedures.
Ensure effective communication and information flow between stakeholders and project leadership.
