Solution Architect – Infor M3 Cloud (Manufacturing & Logistics)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Infor M3 Cloud to lead architecture, integration, and delivery for enterprise-scale implementations.

This role requires a balance of technical leadership, functional understanding, and cloud architecture expertise, particularly within manufacturing and logistics domains.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Solution Design

• Architect and deliver Infor M3 CloudSuite solutions, including tenant landscape design (DEV / TEST / PROD)
• Define and govern technical architecture, standards, and best practices
• Ensure alignment with cloud-first and configuration-first principles (minimizing core customization)

Integration & Technology

• Design and manage integrations using:
  • Infor ION (integration flows)
  • API Gateway
  • M3 APIs / MI (REST/SOAP)
• Lead integration strategy for inbound and outbound interfaces
• Ensure robust event-driven and middleware integration patterns

Infor OS & Extensions

• Work with Infor OS components including ION, security (SSO), and API management
• Guide development using Infor Xtend and approved extension frameworks
• Promote scalable and maintainable extension strategies

Data Migration & Cutover

• Lead data migration strategy including mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and cutover planning
• Ensure data integrity and readiness for go-live

Non-Functional Architecture

• Define architecture for:
  • Performance and scalability
  • Monitoring and logging
  • Resiliency and availability
  • Batch scheduling and support models

Security & Compliance

• Own cloud security architecture, including:
  • Roles and authorizations
  • Segregation of duties
  • Data privacy and auditability

Testing & Delivery

• Drive technical testing strategy (SIT, E2E, UAT support)
• Manage release and change processes
• Support go-live and hypercare readiness

Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership

• Lead technical workshops and solution discussions
• Provide effort estimation, risk management, and delivery planning
• Maintain strong communication with business and technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Core Expertise

• 8–10 years of experience in ERP solution architecture
• Proven experience in Infor M3 Cloud implementations and/or upgrades
• Strong expertise in Infor M3 manufacturing and logistics modules
• Experience delivering 2–3 full-cycle ERP implementations (Manufacturing-focused)

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Infor ION
  • API Gateway & M3 APIs (MI REST/SOAP)
  • Infor OS platform
• Strong understanding of:
  • Cloud architecture and integration patterns
  • Data migration strategies
  • Monitoring, logging, and observability tools

Nice to Have

• Functional knowledge across:
  • Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Distribution, Logistics, Finance
• Experience with:
  • Infor M3 H5 UI / personalization
  • Infor Birst / Data Lake / analytics tools
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
• Experience setting up runbooks and support models
