Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) consultant who can independently lead innovation and improvement workshops with business stakeholders. This role requires a strong functional and technical understanding of SAP PP within S/4HANA environments, along with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive S/4HANA innovation and improvement workshops with business teams
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PP solutions
• Design and implement Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) scenarios
• Work on end-to-end SAP PP implementations (2–3 full lifecycle projects required)
• Develop and enhance custom solutions to meet business needs
• Manage EDI interfaces with customer and supplier ERP systems
• Handle IDoc configuration and integration
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP PP, SD, MM, and FI modules
• Support Manufacturing Sales Agreement business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Provide ongoing support, optimization, and troubleshooting

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP)
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Proven track record in 2–3 SAP implementation projects
• Experience in process manufacturing
• Deep understanding of MTO and MTS business processes
• Hands-on experience with IDocs and interface development
• Experience with EDI integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and within teams
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
