We're Hiring: IAM Analyst (One Identity Manager) | Amsterdam (Netherlands)

We are looking for an experienced IAM Analyst / One Identity Manager Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam on a 6-month contract (ASAP start).

Role Overview
In this role, you will design, implement, and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using the One Identity product suite. You'll work across the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering to implementation and support—ensuring secure and scalable identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions using One Identity Manager and related tools
• Customize and manage the One Identity data model
• Build and maintain connectors and integrations
• Work with One Identity APIs to extend functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Ensure IAM solutions align with security best practices and compliance standards
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM systems
• Contribute to cloud-based, microservices, and DevOps-driven environments

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in IAM, with strong expertise in One Identity Manager
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, and access control
• Hands-on experience with One Identity suite (Manager, Safeguard, Active Roles, Defender, Starling 2FA)
• Experience in data model customization and connector development
• Proficiency in VB .NET or similar programming language
• Strong experience in solution design, implementation, and support
• Familiarity with cloud computing, microservices, containerization, and DevOps practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
