Urgent Opportunity – Senior Talent Acquisition Professional (HR Department)

We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment professional who is immediately available and able to operate independently within a fast-paced and demanding corporate HR environment.

This is a hands-on role requiring a senior expert who can quickly integrate and deliver results from day one.

Key responsibilities include recruitment for:

• External services (prevention, nursing staff, physicians, etc.)
• Social secretariat roles
• Operational and internal HR profiles

Ideal candidate profile:
We are specifically looking for a senior recruiter who:

• Has solid, demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition
• Works autonomously and confidently within corporate environments
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders
• Is fluent in Dutch and French
• Has experience with ATS systems (experience with Workday Recruiting is a strong advantage)

Location:
Hybrid working model or on-site presence in Ghent or Brussels

Duration

• As soon as possible - 30/06/2026
• 3 months (full time)
