Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations, support social dialogue activities, and lead key HR projects within a dynamic and evolving environment. The role combines operational HR management with strategic project delivery, ensuring the effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR services.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll activities, controls, and interactions with external payroll providers.
  • Provide operational HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Manage mobility and fleet-related HR processes.

Employee Relations & Social Dialogue

  • Participate in and support social consultation bodies and employee representative meetings.
  • Prepare and facilitate discussions with social partners and employee representatives.
  • Advise management on employee relations and HR compliance matters.
  • Contribute to maintaining positive labor relations and resolving HR-related issues.

HR Project Management

  • Lead and support HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
  • Manage projects related to time management, payroll processes, salary transparency, HR systems, and compliance.
  • Coordinate external HR vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and support HR team members.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development support.
  • Ensure effective workload management and service delivery within the HR function.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of operational HR experience, including payroll administration and coordination.
  • Proven experience managing HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, social legislation, compliance, and HR governance.
  • Experience participating in social dialogue and working with employee representatives or social partners.
  • Experience managing or supervising HR teams.
  • Knowledge of mobility management and fleet administration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance operational priorities with strategic project work.

You are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll, employee relations, compliance, and HR project management. You are comfortable operating autonomously, managing multiple priorities, and supporting both operational HR activities and strategic transformation initiatives.
