Backend Solution Architect – Lottery Systems 

We are looking for an experienced Backend Solution Architect / Solution Expert to support the transformation of a large-scale lottery gaming platform. You will ensure the stability of existing lottery systems while contributing to the migration toward a new gaming platform through production support, environment management, and testing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage changes within the existing lottery gaming environment.
  • Ensure production system stability, continuity, and controlled decommissioning of legacy components.
  • Manage and maintain test environments, ensuring alignment with production configurations.
  • Coordinate test platform availability with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Support all migration testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Pre-Production Validation.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects during migration activities.
  • Contribute to successful production deployments and platform transition.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience with lottery gaming systems.
  • Expert knowledge of draw games, instant scratch games, and digital instant games.
  • Extensive experience with Brightstar Lottery Solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Central Game Systems (ES Platforms)
    • Business Objects (ES-BI)
    • Multi-jurisdiction lottery integrations (e.g., SLE, Viking Lotto)
    • Retail terminals, WAN connectivity, and channel management
    • Digital lottery platforms (Play Command, Player Wallet, RGS integrations)
    • Integration with enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, SAP S/4HANA, and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Proven expertise in testing and migration of lottery gaming platforms.
  • Experience planning and coordinating testing activities for complex migration projects.
