We're Hiring: SAP FS-PM Design & Development Lead

We're looking for an experienced SAP FS-PM Design & Development Lead to join a long-term fully remote contract. This role is ideal for an SAP Insurance expert with strong functional consulting, configuration, and ABAP development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FS-PM solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP FS-PM components including Product Engine, policy administration, business processes, contract structures, and policy time models.
• Design functional specifications (RICEF) for custom developments.
• Lead and mentor the FS-PM development team.
• Develop and enhance ABAP/ABAP OO solutions, BAdIs, User Exits, and enhancement frameworks.
• Build and support integrations with SAP FS-CD, FS-ICM, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and external systems.
• Support testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT) and Go-Live.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and contribute to data migration activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP FS-PM experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP FS-PM configuration and architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance policy management processes.
• Solid experience with ABAP/ABAP OO development.
• Experience with SAP FS-CD integration and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 or Web Dynpro.
• Experience with data migration projects.
• Knowledge of Life, Health, Auto, or Property & Casualty insurance processes.
