ICT Business Analyst – Consultant (Senior)

Overview
We are seeking a Senior ICT Business Analyst to support business and digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic, government-related environment. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with ICT solutions, working in an Agile setting to optimize processes and deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and translate needs into ICT solutions
• Develop and optimize business processes using BPM methodologies
• Manage and engage with stakeholders across multiple levels
• Contribute to project management activities including planning, coordination, and estimation
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
• Support and improve systems, including Salesforce-based environments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst (Senior level)
• Strong background in business operations within ICT environments
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (minimum 5 years)
• Experience in business process optimization (BPM)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of project management principles (cost, timing, planning, coordination)
• Dutch language proficiency at C2 level (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience within government or public sector environments
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Familiarity with Scrum and SharePoint
• Experience in civic integration projects

Additional Details

• Full-time role (100%)
• Hybrid working model (remote work possible)
• Contract until July 2027
