About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft IAM Engineer with strong expertise in One Identity Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. This role requires a skilled professional capable of designing, implementing, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions aligned with modern security standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions using the One Identity product suite
• Customize and manage the One Identity data model
• Develop and maintain connectors, integrations, and APIs
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions
• Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
• Collaborate in cloud, DevOps, and microservices-based environments

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of overall experience in Identity & Access Management
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, access control)
• Expertise in:
  • One Identity Manager
  • Active Roles
  • Safeguard
  • Defender
  • Starling 2FA
• Experience with One Identity APIs and connectors
• Strong programming skills in VB .NET (or similar)
• Experience with:
  • Cloud computing
  • Microservices architecture
  • Containerization
  • DevOps tools and practices
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end IAM implementation
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments
