We are seeking an experienced One Identity Manager Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with One Identity products and a strong software engineering background, enabling end-to-end delivery of IAM solutions including design, customization, integration, and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using One Identity Manager in alignment with industry best practices
  • Work across the full IAM lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and production support
  • Customize and extend One Identity Manager data models to meet business and security requirements
  • Develop and maintain One Identity connectors and integrations with enterprise systems
  • Work with One Identity APIs and services to enable secure and scalable identity workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM architecture, access policies, and governance models
  • Support deployment and integration of IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments
  • Participate in DevOps processes including CI/CD, containerization, and automation
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM platforms and services

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience as a One Identity Manager Engineer
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, and access control
  • Deep hands-on experience with One Identity Manager platform
  • Experience customizing One Identity data models and schema configurations
  • Proven experience building and maintaining connectors/integrations
  • Strong knowledge of One Identity APIs and their usage
  • Proficiency in VB.NET or similar programming languages
  • Experience with One Identity product suite (e.g., Manager, Safeguard, Active Roles, Defender, Starling 2FA)
  • Solid understanding of IAM architecture and enterprise security principles
  • Experience working in cloud environments, microservices architectures, and containerized deployments
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
