Business Analyst-Transformation & ePV

We are looking for three Business Analysts to join a multidisciplinary team working on a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing and digitizing business processes within the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Define project scope and support solution design activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external development teams.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Perform impact analyses and provide project reporting.
• Create and maintain project and functional documentation.
• Support end users and provide second-line functional support.
• Deliver training sessions and communicate new features, changes, and issues.
• Contribute to process modeling and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with BPMN and UML modeling.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience working in a public sector environment is an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in French, Dutch, and English.

Contract Details

• Start Date: July 2026
• Duration: 60 days
• Workload: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Location: Brussels, Belgium
• Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite per week)
• Team Environment: Multidisciplinary team composed of internal and external stakeholders.
